Dry Fruit Bread





Dough Ingredients:

  1. 200g All purpose flour
  2. 240g Whole Wheat flour
  3. 1t. Instant yeast
  4. 1 Egg
  5. 80cc Milk
  6. 80g Maple Syrup
  7. 140g Water
  8. 1t. Salt 
  9. 16g Grape-seed Oil 
  10. 150g Dry Fruit
