Whole Wheat Toast with Raisin (Tang- Zhong)
Tang-Zhong Dough Ingredients :
1. Hot milk 50g
2. Whole wheat flour 50g ( or Bread flour)
Main Dough Ingredients:
1. Tang-Zhong Dough 100g
2. Whole wheat flour 250g
3. Egg 50g
4. Yeast 3/4t
5. Salt 1/2t
6. Honey 30g
7. Milk 80-100g
8. Butter 30g
