Main Dough:

  1. Sponge Dough
  2. 67g Bread flour
  3. 1g  Yeast
  4. 10g Egg
  5. 37g Sugar
  6. 21g Butter
  7. 29g Warm water

Coconut Milk crisp Ingredients:

  1. 75g Butter
  2. 12g Dry milk
  3. 100g Coconut Powder
  4. 40-45g Flour
  5. 15g Yellow Egg
  6. 40g Milk
  7. 30g Sugar
