- Dried Chinese mushrooms,soaked to soften, shredded 7
- Dried shrimp, soaked to soften, drained 4T
- Soy sauce 4T
- Five-spice pepper powder 1t
- Black pepper 1t
- Sesame oil 1T
- Fried chopped shallots 2T
