Fried pork with dried bean curds
Ingredients:
Pork, shredded
6 Dried bean curds, shredded
Marinade:
2T. Soy sauce
1T. Cornstarch
1t. Rice wine
1t. White pepper
1t. Five spice powder
Sauce:
1 t. Chicken Stock
1/2 t. Salt
2 T. Soy sauce
1 T. Black vinegar
2T. Hot bean sauce
