Red-cooked beef Rice
Ingredients:
1 Onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 Carrot, roll cut
2 Tomato, wedged
2 pounds boneless cross-rib chuck, cubes
3 slices ginger
1t. Hot bean sauce
2 Dried chili peppers
1t. Black pepper
3/4 C. Soy sauce
1/4 C. cooking rice
